I AM A DRINKS-MASTER

HOMETOWN HEROES: I AM A DRINKS MASTER is an opportunity for people in the Starstreet Precinct community to show their skills as mixologists, creating 12 Drinks of Xmas - at a Drinks Master workshop connected and collaborated with local cafes, restaurants, bars, lifestyle & fashion shops.

The drinks will be available in the month of December, premiered at the White Christmas Street Fair, Swire Properties' annual community celebration, for charity sales.

Project Details

On 29 September, participants will work with expert / master mixologists to create 12 Drinks of Xmas Christmas-themed cocktails and mocktails at the local cafes, restaurants and bars in the Starstreet Precinct community.

And in addition to learning the subtle intricacies of mixing a delectable drink, their creations will be available for all to try during the White Christmas Street Fair 2018 in December, one of Swire Properties’ most popular annual community charity events.

Participant Requirements:

1. Passionate about music, songwriting and performing live independently for 20 minutes; aspires to constantly enhance their skills;

2. Applicant and teams must be legal Hong Kong residents;

3. Individual performers as well as group of two (2) to four (4) are welcome, please refer to application details.
